About the Opportunity

Anglicare NT is seeking a compassionate and reliable Aged Care Support Worker to join our Darwin Home Support Program, with a focus on supporting clients living in the Batchelor community. This casual position is ideal for someone who already lives in or near Batchelor and is looking for flexible weekday work without the need to travel long distances..

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide highquality, culturally appropriate home support to older people, helping them maintain independence, engage in their community, and enhance their overall wellbeing. Support will be delivered in clients' homes and local community settings within the Batchelor area.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is caring, communityminded, and committed to supporting older Territorians to live independently. Applicants must be able to work autonomously, communicate well, and provide respectful and culturally safe support.

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community)
  • Your own reliable vehicle and a valid NT Driver’s Licence
  • A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NT Working With Children Clearance (Ochre Card) or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within 3 months
  • Evidence of COVID 19 Vaccinations
