About the Opportunity

As Human Resource Operations Manager you will lead the delivery of contemporary, people centered and compliant human resource services across Anglicare NT.

This key role acts as the operational bridge between our strategic People & Culture functions and service delivery teams, ensuring managers are confident, wellsupported, and equipped to lead effectively.

You will oversee a professional, multidisciplinary team across HR advisory, recruitment, payroll, and work health & safety, driving consistent HR practices, strengthening systems, and enabling highquality workforce experiences.

What We’re Looking For:         

We’re looking for a confident, pragmatic HR leader who thrives in a busy, peoplefocused environment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or demonstrated 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to provide direction to a small team
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Fair Work Act and contemporary HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels including people with different cultures.
  • An understanding of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander community structures or protocols
