About the Opportunity

In this role, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support across our Aged Care Services. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery, accurate reporting and positive customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration and reception support
  • Preparing quotes, managing individual client budgets and processing invoices
  • Rostering support, service cancellations and staff hour management
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff compliance processes
  • Data entry, correspondence, reporting and minute taking
  • Supporting CHSP and Support at Home processes, including statements and invoices
  • Incident reporting, petty cash and credit card reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For:         

You’re detailoriented, reliable and thrive in a busy environment. You enjoy supporting teams, engaging with clients and contributing to continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Certificate in Business/Administration (or similar) and/or at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service and reception experience
  • Demonstrated experience with invoicing, quotes and budgets
  • Sound understanding of aged care and/or NDIS environments (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
  • Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice, particularly when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
