About the Opportunity

The Data Systems & Quality Officer is responsible for leading data systems, reporting, and quality improvement activities across headspace services within Anglicare NT.

Working closely with leadership and clinical teams, you will ensure accurate data collection, strong system performance and compliance with relevant standards, including the Early Psychosis Program requirements.

In this rewarding role you will:

  • Manage and administer the electronic medical records (EMR) system and related applications
  • Deliver data reporting, analysis and insights to inform service delivery and decision-making
  • Coordinate quality management systems, including document control and audits
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across services
  • Provide training and support to staff on data systems and reporting requirements
  • Assist with accreditation processes and fidelity reviews
  • Provide secretariat support to key internal committees

About You

You are a detail-oriented and systems-focused professional with a passion for quality improvement and better outcomes in mental health services and will have:

  • Qualifications in information management, data systems, quality improvement or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic medical records and data reporting
  • Strong analytical, IT and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in system administration and change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
