About the Opportunity

As the Senior Clinician at headspace, you'll be at the forefront of providing compassionate and effective care to young people and their families. In this role, you will work alongside the Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and support to our committed Primary Team, ensuring that interventions both evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our young people.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives such as file auditing, clinical reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team. Your dedication to upholding the values of Anglicare NT will ensure that we continue to provide quality services that make a positive impact in our community.

What we are looking for:

  • Approved tertiary qualification (Allied Health) and 3 years' experience in a mental health-related discipline and registration with the relevant regulatory body such as AHPRA or membership of and adherence to professional standards, for example AASW for social workers.
  • A passion for youth mental health, in particular working with young Aboriginal people and their families, and keen interest in improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to help manage these risks.
