About the Opportunity

As Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Head Office and wider sites operate smoothly, professionally and consistently. You'll provide leadership and coordination across reception services, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, culturally safe and client-centered administrative services

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Support Officer, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate reception and front-of-house services across Anglicare NT locations.
  • Strengthen consistency and service quality through improved systems, procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate reception coverage, visitor management, office administration and shared support functions.
  • Assist with travel bookings, fleet coordination, committee administration and organisational projects.
  • Support a welcoming, professional and culturally safe environment for clients, visitors and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and service providers

What We’re Looking For:

You are a confident, approachable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting people and improving systems 

  • Experience in office management, reception or front-line administration.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 and administration skills.
  • Experience preparing business documents, supporting committees and taking accurate minutes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of service delivery in regional and remote contexts.
  • Commitment to culturally safe practice, particularly when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
