About the Opportunity
This is a short-term casual position – full time 38 hours per week from 27 July 2026 to 14 September 2026
This position is located at our head office in Winnellie.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with the Anglicare NT’s policies and procedures
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and service providers
- Liaising with other Anglicare NT staff regarding financial information and account coding
- Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items with internal and external staff
- Maintaining all accounts payable records
- Reconciling invoices, statements and monthly reports as required.
Ideally you will hold a Certificate IV in business administration or bookkeeping and have prior experience in a high-level administrative book-keeping position.
