About the Position 
As Casual Aged & Disability Support Worker, you will provide individual support to Seniors and People with a Disability both in their homes and in the community using an individualised and person-centred approach.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsive, resourceful and with the ability to create strong professional relationships. They will also utilise an individualised approach towards assisting our consumers to reach their goals.

The candidate will be joining a close-knit team and will need to embrace and model the values of the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated personal or professional experience supporting seniors and people with Disabilities
  • Passion for helping others to live the life that they choose
  • Be innovative, resourceful and can work effectively with individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team
  • Hold an NT Drivers Licence License, OCHRE Card and National Police check.
  • Knowledge of NDIS is an advantage

Please note:
It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory driver's licence.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
