About the Opportunity
As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide high‑quality, culturally appropriate home support to older people, helping them maintain independence, engage in their community, and enhance their overall wellbeing. Support will be delivered in clients' homes and local community settings within the Alice Springs region.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsive, resourceful and with have the ability to create strong professional relationships. They will also utilise an individualised approach towards assisting senior participants to reach their goals.
