About the Opportunity

Anglicare NT is looking for an experienced Case Manager to provide intensive support to high risk families with children (aged 0 - to 18 years) primarily referred by Territory Families Housing and Community (TFHC.)

You will provide Strength based, trauma informed and culturally affirming practical in-home support and child centered family focused casework to help create nurturing environments, build capacity and keep children safe and families together.

You will assist families access services and connect with community, culture, and country.

Positive outcomes will be achieved through respectful practices, creating participation pathways and collaborative approaches.

This is a Part time position and requires flexibility, periodic after-hours work, frequent driving in the Greater Darwin Region.

About You

You will hold a minimum higher education qualification in social Sciences and have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.
