About the Opportunity

This is a short-term casual position full time 38 hours per week from Monday 03 December 2024 until 07 January 2025

Position will be located at our head office in Winnellie.

You be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

  • Providing professional, culturally respectful, and friendly front of office phone and face to face reception and administration services
  • Welcoming clients, staff, visitors, and the general public
  • Making pool vehicle and meeting room bookings
  • Provide information and manage queries.

Ideally you will hold a Certificate IV in Business/Administration Studies or equivalent experience in a similar role.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current NT manual driver’s licence. 

 

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
