About the Program
The East Arnhem Communities for Children (EA C4C) initiative works with Community Partners and stakeholders to support activities which meet local needs and reflect the aspirations of communities within the region. EA C4C encourages cross sector collaboration, partnerships and the development of language-based resources, alongside two-way learning in the areas of early childhood, children’s services and family support.
About the Opportunity
NOTE: This position has the flexibility to be based in Darwin, Nhlunubuy or Yurrwi (Milingimbi)
As a key player in our team, you will drive the Child Friendly East Arnhem initiative by developing a community profile, forming a joint Advisory Group, and crafting a coordinated Strategic Plan. You will lead and inspire as part of the East Arnhem team, managing sub-contract arrangements and supporting the implementation of best practice, evidence-based programs. You will network and collaborate with sector professionals, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
